To receive services, patients must have a photo ID with date of birth and a current paystub from an employer located in Hamiton County. Income restrictions do apply. This is a pilot program that will run through March 2, 2023. The clinic will be closed December 23 – January 2.
“Time is money. We know many hourly employees will go to work sick if they can’t get in to see their primary care doctor, spreading illness and infection to their co-workers. Our goal is to see folks in the clinic setting that don’t need care in the emergency room. Keeping these essential workers healthy is critical to keeping our entire community healthy,” stated Mel Wischmeyer, Executive Director of the Trinity Free Clinic.
