Volunteer

Invest Hamilton County offers a variety of opportunities for community and employer volunteers to support individuals as they build career awareness, workplace skills, and confidence.

Volunteer opportunities may include career exploration, resume support, mock interviews, industry insights, and other career-readiness activities with participants across our programs, including:

• Individuals participating in TOWER, Launch HOPE, and Community Corrections programs through our partnerships with the Hamilton County Jail and Ivy Tech Community College–Hamilton County Campus
• Individuals with disabilities participating in InvestAbility workforce and career-readiness programs
• K–12 students exploring career pathways and preparing for future education and employment

Opportunities vary throughout the year based on program and partner needs. Guides, expectations, and additional information are provided in advance of each volunteer opportunity.
