Are you a case manager, house manager, counselor, probation officer, or program staff? You can register participants directly using the same registration form. Staff-assisted registration is one of the three primary intake paths.
After registration, participants will be asked to complete a brief Community Needs & Experience Survey to help us understand barriers and improve services. This is a short, voluntary survey — not a clinical assessment.
