Invest Hamilton County and Ivy Tech Community College have teamed up to offer a Building Property & Maintenace Training Program. Whether you want to skill up or pursue a new oppportunity, this class will help prepare you.
In just two weeks, you will gain essential residential and commercial skills and certifications necessary to be employed in this field. Employer partner speakers, resume building and mock interviews will be a part of the program.

As part of our InvestAbility initiative and facilitated by accessABILITY, this interactive workshop is designed for employers, hiring managers, and HR professionals to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for conducting inclusive and effective job interviews with candidates who have disabilities. Participants will gain practical and hands-on insight on:
* Creating a welcoming and accessible interview environment
* Best practices for clear and respectful communication
* Understanding and providing appropriate accommodations
* Strategies for focusing on skills and qualifications, while addressing and overcoming stereotypes
By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped to foster an inclusive hiring process that supports people with disabilities and maximizes talent potential.
