Invest Hamilton County proudly partners with the Hamilton County Leadership Academy (HCLA) to support the development of informed and engaged leaders in our community. By providing research, data, and expert insights, we contribute to HCLA’s leadership training, speak at class events, and engage alumni in meaningful community conversations. Together, we also collaborate on the Hamilton Connection program to foster deeper community involvement.
With over 825 graduates serving in leadership roles across Hamilton County, HCLA is shaping the future of our community, ensuring it remains a vibrant place to live, work, and play.

Together with the Hamilton County Community Foundation, we’re building a community where opportunity and growth are accessible to everyone. The Hamilton County Community Foundation focuses on philanthropic efforts, supporting not-for-profit organizations doing vital work across Hamilton County. Our partnership focuses on creating social impact by leading with the foundation on critical community issues, ensuring that our community thrives and that essential services and initiatives reach those who need them most.
