Announcing Jill Doyle’s Promotion to Vice President of Programs and Operations

I’m glad to share some news that’s been a long time coming and is thoroughly earned: Jill Doyle (pictured left) has been promoted from Director of Programs to Vice President of Programs and Operations, effective immediately.

Since joining Invest Hamilton County in 2022, Jill has been the steady hand behind much of what we deliver. She doesn’t justrun our programs…she’s quietly held our operations together, from the day-to-day that keeps us functioning to the grant and stakeholder work that keeps us credible. This promotion formalizes a reality the team already knows: Jill leads on both fronts, and leads them well. Her new role gives her the title and the mandate to match the scope of what she’s been doing.

For those who haven’t worked alongside her long, it’s worth remembering what Jill brings to the table. Before IHC, she served as Executive Director of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, spent thirteen years with the Indiana CPA Society in member engagement, continuing education, and leadership development, and worked in board and stakeholder relations at Westfield Washington Schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from IUPUI. That’s more than twenty years of building and running organizations in and around this community.

What I admire most, though, is how she shows up outside the office. Jill is President of the Westfield Washington Public Library Board, Secretary of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and a founding member of Women of Westfield. When we talk about being genuinely invested in Hamilton County, Jill is the example. She lives here, leads here, and has spent years giving her time to the institutions that make this a place people want to build a life in.
