As the holidays draw near, most of us begin to think about gatherings, traditions, and the joy of sharing a meal with the people we love. But for hundreds of families right here in Hamilton County that simple comfort isn’t guaranteed. Behind the festive lights and cheerful music, many of our neighbors are quietly wondering how they will fill their tables.
Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank believes no one in our community should face that worry alone.
Hamilton County Harvest began with one question: What if no one in our county ever had to wonder where their next meal would come from? What began as a grassroots effort has grown into the only food bank physically located in Hamilton County, supporting more than 40 pantries and programs.
Last year alone, we distributed over 200,000 pounds of food to our partners. That number represents thousands of moments of relief, comfort and hope.
