Construction could begin soon on two more buildings in the rapidly growing Delaware Park commercial development near 106th Street and Interstate 69 in Fishers.
The 128-acre development already is home to two high-profile projects: construction of a $15.9 million headquarters for Indianapolis-based Stanley Security, and a taproom and brewery proposed by Sun King Brewing Co.
Ambrose Property Group, which is working with property owner Thompson Thrift on the development, recently filed plans with the city to build two one-story office buildings. The land is zoned for office, retail and industrial use.
