Spectra Tech LLC is planning to construct a 9,000-square-foot building in Noblesville that will provide warehouse and office space.
The company, which develops and provides solutions for rehabilitating aging wastewater infrastructure, said it will spend $825,000 to build the new headquarters on a 1.25-acre property at 15230 Endeavor Drive.
Construction is expected to be completed by March.
The city of Noblesville is considering a two-year, 100 percent real property tax abatement that would save Spectra Tech nearly $39,000.
