Officials broke ground June 29 on BlueSky Technology Partners headquarters in downtown Noblesville.
The four-story, 42,000-square-foot facility is being built with three levels of collaborative office use. The main level is intended for a restaurant tenant and outdoor dining.
An outdoor terrace off a fourth-floor breakroom will give the company scenic views of historic Noblesville and the new Federal Hills Commons area being constructed just west of the White River.
The city of Noblesville used tax-increment financing to acquire the land for BlueSky, and it alos will provile curbs, drainage, outdoor lighting and parking lots.
BlueSky, an ecommerce and digital marketing consultant, expects to have 55 to 60 employees making an average of more than $90,000 annually by the end of the year.
